well detective rios finnaly called and schedualed my polygraph for tuesday. yay, i'm excited

this weekend was fun. matias rented manhunt which is crazy gory and creepy. that along with the fact that i'm reading about this profiler and the homicide cases he worked and i swore i was gonna have nightmares but i didn't.
maybe it's cause i got to see nora, bradley, megan, jason, robbie, and a lot of other people this weekend. i can't wait till thanksgiving to see everyone again. me, nora, bradley, and megan hung out at ballston a little and then went to bradley's saturday. it was just like the old days and i enjoyed every moment of it. miss you guys
sunday i hung out with matias then went bowling with jason, robbie, steven, mark, and scott. robbie's mom has a blue prius too!! we played video games to and got steven really pissed off, oops.
tomorrow i should hear about my polygraph test and i have this stupid college success skills course i'm required to take. if they tell me to do my homework i'm gonna shit a brick.

ya i know the yankees are getting their asses wooped save it you new york hating wankers.
well i made the cut for the cadets. they interviewed a bunch of people and picked four so thats good but i'm anxious to get on with it. we did a negotiator scenario tonight for explorers and i'm trying to get more people to join but most want to be in it for the wrong reasons.
also had my first sociology class today. the teacher just rambled about random stuff the whole time and i can tell its just gonna be school all over again except without smart h-b people and teachers :( man i wish i could just continue last years sociology class. bah i miss people and i have a massive headache even with tylenol. maybe a bath will help
oh and west wing was pretty good so maybe i'll start watching some tv again |

my parents decided to watch the history of broadway so i was stuck on my damn computer frantically hitting reload at espn to watch the game. ya they lost but the battles not over yet
it's funny how doctors become really incompetent when they don't have your chart. kinda frustrating to.
been reading this history of the FBI which is actually really interesting and cool. funny how some people can become corrupt with power while others really come into their own
oh and i start classes tomorrow. should be interesting and maybe i'll get a chance to argue the evils of homework |

so i signed up to work oktoberfest thinking it would be a party kind of thing today. well it was an elementary school fundraiser thingy at st. charles. so i ended up sitting with pilco and lee and messing with the police car kid robot thing which i remember from when i was a kid. it was kinda fun but after i went to clarendon day and saw megan who was working at one of the booths. it was funny to see her boss try to get rid of me cause i was taking up to much time. eventually she just came up and just said "bye" and shooed me away.
i then went to borders..or maybe barnes and noble (can't remember but their the same damn thing anyway) and i saw robbie cause he works there. it was cool to talk to him and catch up on what he was doing.
after that i played some tennis and ran. then me, matias, and danny went and hung out in clarendon again and went to lazy sunday to get some ice cream. we snuck into a bar then went and got balloons from joe's and sucked up the helium from them. lol matias sounded like he got kicked in the balls and danny sounded like mickeymouse.
need sleep, night everybody. woh cool, it shows the pic in the corner! that makes me happy |

i finally figured out why the trip to grinnell was bothering me so much and it's cause when i went i realized how lonely i was. sappy yes but still true. so i'm trying to go out and see more people and things should get a lot better once i start classes and i see everyone for the holidays. still no one comments, calls, or ims me! you'd all better start or i'm gonna bug the hell out of you all =) (ya i know it's partly my fault but ..l.;
I visited AU and liked it a lot except for the fact that it was so damn urban and small. i literally thought "wow this reminds me of new york." Their public affairs college sounds really awesome and the law and society/justice major sounds exactly like what i'm looking for. and they have food EVERYWHERE. every building has a nice bar or cafe and the main cafeteria has jamba juice, subway, mcdonalds, chick-fil-a, auntie anne's, and a couple others i can't remember. and their food is rated like 8th in the country, sexy :O they have a nice gym and i saw arie at their pool witch was cool and weird at the same time. their also making an arcade, just one more reason homework can suck it
had i ride along today which was really boring. all uneventful calls with a lot of paper work except for an accident that wasn't even called in, i just spotted it on george mason. this girl came down a ramp too fast, lost control, got hit, and did a complete 360, hitting and tree and ending up on the median. it was pretty crazy and everyone was ok which was surprising. we also provided security for a suicide patient while she talked to a psychiatrist about her depression which was somewhat interesting.
i wish we'd hear a little more new stuff in from bush and kerry but the next weeks should be interesting anyway. oh and the yankees won! sorry ;) |

i had my interview for cadets today and i fucking rocked that shit! i can out and the detective said i did better than most cops do, shwing! he's trying to get me threw the processing as quickly as possible so i'll have my polygraph as soon as i get back from grinnell and then my drug, physical, and phycoanalisis soon after. booya, what now!!

hmm quick update
things that have happened recently:
1. started at nova
2. interview thursday for cadet program
3. offer for a guaranteed and instant job as an arlington cop if i stay
4. uniforms for explorers coming in wednesday
5. planning a new program to walk kids to school through explorers and hopefully the school board
6. dad writing the pilot for a new tv series (seems he used to do that kind of thing i didn't know)
7. attended all day gang summit
8. passed tae kwon do test
9. more tennis

a lots happened lately. went up to uva for a weekend which was great and i wish i could've stayed with everybody. ya to much to write it all down so ask me about it if ya want.
been playing tennis two days in a row now and corp. stanzil wants me on the navy seal workout program which is crazy. it's max running everyday with max pull ups, weights, and push ups monday, wednesday, friday and sundays completely off. it works your body so much that only 18-25 can do it because after that your body will breakdown to fast.
today: got fable finally (awesome game!) went into the station and talked to one of the swat guys, and got invited to test star wars: jtl (it's an on-line game, i love being a dork :)
also have been looking at colleges and i have to talk to randy about exactly what kind of schools i can actually get into since my grades are less than spectacular ;) do your homework kids
oh and new uniforms are supposed to come the 6th! |
